Oepkgs.net is a free community organization that aims to simplify the user experience by combining various additional software in a repository. All kinds of commercial software manufacturers, organizations, and developers are welcome to contribute software packages to the repository, and users are also welcome to obtain and use software from the website. To contribute and use the software in the repository, it is necessary to sign the community CLA and abide by the community rules.

In order to build an open and friendly environment, we contributors and maintainers of the project promise that regardless of age, body size, physical health, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, experience level, education level, social status, nationality, appearance, race, belief, and sexual orientation, our project and community participants are free from harassment.
Our Code of Conduct⚓︎
Behaviors helpful in creating a positive environment include, but are not limited to:
- Friendly and inclusive language
- Respect for different viewpoints and experiences
- Patiently accepting constructive criticism
- Focusing on what is most beneficial to the community

Behaviors that participants should avoid include, but are not limited to:
- Posting sexually explicit language or images, unwanted attention
- Trolling/instigating/spreading rumors, derogatory comments, personal and political attacks

- Other behavior that is deemed unprofessional
Our Obligations⚓︎
Project maintainers have an obligation to interpret what constitutes "appropriate behavior" and to correct inappropriate behavior in a fair and impartial manner.
Project maintainers have the right and obligation to remove, edit, reject comments, commits, code, wiki edits, issues, and other contributions that violate this standard. They may temporarily or permanently ban any participant who they believe are behaving improperly, threatening, offensive, or harmful.

This standard of conduct applies to this project. When someone represents this project or this community, this standard also applies to the public platform where the person is located.
Situations where someone represents this project or this community include, but are not limited to: using the project's official email, posting messages through official media accounts, and participating in online or offline activities as designated representatives.
Representatives of this project can be further defined and explained by project maintainers.

If you need to report abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior, you can send an email to [support@oepkgs.net] to report it to the project team.
The maintenance team will review and investigate all complaints and give necessary responses. The project team has an obligation to keep complainants' information confidential. Specific operational guidelines may be published separately.
Project maintainers who do not adhere to or enforce this code of conduct in good faith may be temporarily or permanently deprived of the opportunity to participate in this project, as determined by the project leader or other members.

Rights and Obligations⚓︎
- Community users can contribute software packages to the community and apply to release software packages (including free and non-free software).
- Community contributors are obligated to reply to questions from the community users actively, promptly, and effectively.
- Community users have the right to use the repository software packages freely. In the case of forwarding, quoting, and modifying, they must fulfill the license obligation declared by the original software author.
Copyright Statement⚓︎
- The copyright of the software packages in this community belongs only to the original authors. If there is a copyright statement, or if the original author is reprinted from other websites and the statement is attached, the copyright belongs to the attached statement.
- When making contributions to this community, community users should pay attention to the copyright statement of the original author and refrain from violating the intellectual property rights, such as copyright, of others. Community staff members, once they discover such illegal behaviors, have the right to request community users to correct or delete the software packages.

Explanatory Note⚓︎
- The oepkgs.net community reserves the right to further interpret, modify, and improve this agreement.
- Once this agreement is modified or revised, the modified content will be prominently displayed in an important position on the community. If a user does not agree with the modified content, the user may choose to voluntarily discontinue using the community's services. If the user continues to enjoy the community's services, it will be deemed as acceptance of the changes made to this agreement.
